"I am the husband of Laura, and also the person who suggested she switch to State Farm. I read your response today and feel compelled to set the record straight with truth. Let's be clear. She was not reviewing the prior agency, it was yours. You claim that she was always responded to within 24 hours, yet the emails prove that this is not true. You further state that you didn't know she was unhappy, and yet she sent you and Navaeh an email on 3/3/25 stating not to let her policy renew. Navaeh's response on 3/4/25, which you were copied on said "Noted thank you!" Please let us now when you get your proof of new insurance...So, for you to say you didn't know is the second untrue statement."

I reviewed the email history thoroughly and with the exception of one email where the person the email was sent to was out sick, she was responded to within 24 hours each time from this office (if there is anything beyond that, I cannot find proof of it in the records and would welcome sending me a copy so I that I can address it appropriately as that is unacceptable in accordance with our office policy). Often when customers choose to not renew their policy it is because they found a more favorable rate, not because they are unhappy with some aspect of their service so that is not something I would typically assume. I will take note that it would be appropriate to request further explanation when requesting a cancellation or renewal and once again I apologize for the frustration, that is certainly never our intent; we want each customer to feel valued (because they are) and appreciate the feedback. "

"My husband and his family are lifelong State Farm fans, staying loyal to the same Tampa-based agent for years. When he encouraged me to try State Farm, I decided to go with this local agency instead. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my expectations. While payments were processed without major issues (aside from receiving unnecessary threatening notices despite being on auto-pay), the real disappointment came down to professionalism and customer service. I never felt truly valued as a customer when I had questions or concerns—kindness and responsiveness seemed to be in short supply. The good news? I found a new provider that not only offers better service but also saves me about $600 a year. I hope this agency takes the opportunity to improve, as professionalism and customer care make all the difference in building lasting customer relationships."

"I had auto insurance with Darla Pettaway's agency, and needed a home owner's policy due to a property purchase. I shopped for quotes and State Farm was overall the best. However, the communication from Jordan S was amazing - during a few weeks with 2 hurricanes. Jordan's average response time was in minutes; not hours or days like the mortgage lender and HOA. When I had a firm closing date, Jordan supplied needed documents immediately. The overall purchase experience was extremely stressful, but Jordan's exceptional service made it much better! Highly recommend!"

Our office doesn't determine your rates, that is a corporate underwriting but we provide you with customer service and service your policy. "Simply brutal handling of my policy! Changed insurance companies the first week of April this year because State Farm increased my premiums significantly without reason. They still charged my account. I’m yet to be reimbursed as of 5/27. “Corporate” problems I was told. Don’t autopay with them."
"Mike, I apologize for the issues you are having with your refund. Your monthly payment was due and processed 5 days prior to your cancellation request. It was not processed after your cancellation. We unfortunately do not directly process refunds, that is processed by corporate. I apologize that there was a technical error, but rest assured you will be provided the refund for the days that you had other coverage. We submitted everything in a timely manner as you requested and cannot control system and bank errors. "
