Welcome to the Darla Pettaway State Farm Agent office. Since opening in 2021, my team and I have been proud to serve Bradenton, FL and our Good Neighbors throughout Manatee County, including Palmetto, Ellenton, and Sarasota. We focus on helping individuals, families, and business owners choose coverage that truly fits their lives, with personalized insurance plans designed to protect what matters most.

Our bilingual team is happy to assist customers in English or Spanish, taking the time to explain options and answer questions along the way. We offer a wide range of coverage, including Auto Insurance for daily commutes and coastal drives, Home Insurance to help protect your property and belongings, and Life Insurance to support your loved ones for the future. We also provide Renters, Condo, Business, and Pet Insurance, along with coverage options for boats and RVs, so you can feel confident no matter how or where life moves. A little about me. I was born and raised in Central Florida and earned degrees from Southeastern University and Salve Regina University. Before opening my agency, I spent 15 years working in fundraising and nonprofit management, experience that shaped my commitment to service and community.

My husband, Ty, was a college and professional football coach, and early in our marriage we moved often. Now, we are grateful to call Florida home and to be part of the Bradenton community. Giving back has always been important to me. I enjoy mentoring young people and participating in college readiness programs, and I stay busy with my favorite role, being a mom to my two children, Taytum and Trenton. I am also a lifelong sports enthusiast, having played volleyball in college, and today I enjoy water sports, coaching young athletes, and making the most of everything Florida has to offer.

I feel truly blessed by the support of our Good Neighbors across Manatee County. My team and I enjoy working with new and returning State Farm customers, as well as those relocating to the area. We are proud to have earned State Farm Honor Club and Ambassador Travel qualifications for our dedication to exceptional service, and we look forward to continuing to help our community thrive.
